Foreign Affairs Minister Talks with EU Neighborhood Commissioner

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Nabil Ammar, had a telephone interview from New York, where he is participating in the work of the high-level segment of the 78th session of the General Assembly of United Nations in New York, with the European Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement, Olivér V?rhelyi.

During the meeting, which took place on Thursday, emphasis was placed on the determination to consolidate the partnership between Tunisia and the European Union and to hasten the implementation of the EU-Tunisia memorandum of understanding. (Soft).

According to the European Commission, a delegation of its officials will travel to Tunisia next week to discuss the implementation of the memorandum of understanding, in particular priority actions.
