And this, at the initiative of engineers Wissam H. Chaccour and Joseph A. Chakhtoura, leaders of the Icdf Sal company, Beirut, Lebanon.

On this occasion, H.E.M. Kouamé Christophe Kouakou, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Côte d’Ivoire to the Lebanese Republic presented the business environment in Côte d’Ivoire. An environment marked by the particularly encouraging nature of the new 2018 investment code, as well as the investment opportunities offered by its country. But first, he recalled the excellence of the diplomatic relations which have existed so happily between his country and Lebanon since their establishment in 1961.

The Head of the diplomatic mission of Côte d’Ivoire in Lebanon highlighted the significant contribution of the Lebanese community to the Ivorian economy.

According to him, the economic and social successes constitute a vibrant call to invest in Ivory Coast. Ambassador Kouamé Christophe Kouakou also stressed that the promotion of investments and trade constitute the key axes of the action that he has driven in his mission since taking office at the head of the Ivorian diplomatic representation in Lebanon, two years ago.

According to them, the Lebanese have found a second homeland in Ivory Coast. The panelists above all highlighted the exceptional economic performance of Côte d’Ivoire, despite the economic crisis the world is going through.
